**About the role**:

This leading Australian Property Group of over 50 years is looking for an Office Administrator based in Toowoomba.
Reporting to the Centre team, the Office Administrator is responsible for providing office support to the Centre Management team members. You will be the "face of the business" by managing the front desk and having strong customer service and administration skills.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Office administration functions - mail, stock control, maintain registers etc
- Monthly reports
- Build relationships with all stakeholders
- Monitor Sales & Traffic figures
- Petty cash, reconciliation
- Purchase orders, invoices
- Annual lease review correspondence
- Sundry income
- Casual mall leasing
- Database and loyalty program management
- Emergency response training/fire warden
- Insurance, induction and risk compliance
- Keep the Retail Manager & Operations Manager informed of relevant information obtained from retailers and contractors
- Routinely engage with retailers and be familiar with Centre's stores and their operation
- Minute the weekly Centre Management WIP meeting and any relevant meetings as directed by the Operation Manager
**Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in front office administration
- Experience in Property, Shopping Centres or corporate environments will be highly regarded but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs: Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Competent level of spelling, punctuation and attention to detail
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner, presentation and customer service expertise
- Ability to exercise judgement and initiative
