* Welcome and check-in guests, providing a warm and professional greeting
* Handle guest enquiries and requests efficiently and courteously
* Process reservations, room assignments, and check-outs
* Manage guest accounts and handle payments accurately
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
* Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Assist with administrative tasks and reports as required
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all times
Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Previous experience in customer service
