What You Will Bring To The Role

* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency AHPRA). Registered Nurse Division 1
* Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nursing Unit Manager - Level 1 or Acting Clinical Nursing Unit Manager - Level 1 / Team Leader experience in a critical care environment
* Demonstrated relevant clinical nursing experience
* Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing/midwifery staff
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills including problem solving, balancing competing demands and conflict resolution
* Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Postgraduate nursing qualifications in management, or working towards same
* Ability to work a flexible rotating roster Mornings, Evenings & Nights 7 days week
