Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Banking Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities via your broker network.
You will educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice on risk and opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to identify new referral opportunities.
This is a permanent opportunity based in Hobart/Launceston. You will have the ability to make a real difference for our customers and communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Strong sales focus coupled with deep commercial acumen.
* A can-do attitude that thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* The ability to apply creative, out-of-the-box solutions for problem solving.
* Strong prior experience within business and/or credit assessment.
* A proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with a diverse range of brokers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* A business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
* A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
