We're looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our team at SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic customers to ensure the ultimate customer experience and maximum value throughout their lifetime.
The role requires ongoing sales support to existing key customers, managing the customer relationship, satisfaction, and retention. You will be responsible for developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, taking ownership of the customer experience, and understanding customer needs and business objectives to offer the right solutions.
You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions, keeping customers satisfied by delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis, driving proactive new Sales, Renewals, and overall Opportunity Management, managing day-to-day Customer and Partner Requests, and developing, maintaining, and executing an account strategy with short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
We are seeking someone with 7-10 years' relevant experience in Microsoft licensing/solution experience or SAP experience, with advanced skills in Building Relationships, Customer Centricity, Customer & Market Orientation, Customer Solution Management, and Negotiation Skills.
