This newly created role will report to the Head of Digital and Brand Marketing ANZ to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational processes by managing reporting, purchase orders and maintaining key business workflows.The successful applicant will be a self-starter, with strong communication skills to liaise with cross functional teams.They will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Key responsibilitiesTake comprehensive notes and maintain action lists across selected team meeting.Assist in the preparation of functional meetings and support with meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.Manage purchase order (PO) requests across the entire Digital & Brand and Research & Insights teams.Process and oversee requests for product distributions, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.Oversee the administrative aspects of the uniforms program, including order placement, stock management, and reordering.Ensure all uniform requests are processed in a timely and efficient manner.Provide administrative support to the Events team, including preparing name tags, managing table allocations, and coordinating the administrative event logistics.About YouExperience administrative, operational or business support.Experience working with data reporting, documentation and data entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and data reporting tools.Problem solving mindset with the ability to improve workflows.Use of SAP highly regarded.If you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a global, successful and dynamic organisation, then please apply now!
