Who You Are
We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Surface Preparation & Application
Prepare walls and ceilings by cleaning, smoothing, and applying base coats.
Mix and apply plaster, cement, and other compounds using manual and mechanical methods.
Apply coats of plaster, cement render, or similar materials to walls, ceilings, and partitions to produce smooth or textured finishes.
Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections.
Install and repair plasterboard and related wall and ceiling systems.
Ensure all surfaces meet project and safety specifications.
Perform detailed inspections and touch-ups to maintain quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of materials and completed work.
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition.
Adhere to workplace safety procedures and building regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members and other trades on-site.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Plasterer in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Strong technical knowledge of plastering methods, materials, and safety practices.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dedication to workplace safety and compliance with industry standards.
What We Offer
Full-time, permanent position.
Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience).
Note: Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
