Marketing Manager – Canberra Outlet Centre
We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Manager to join our Centre Management team based at Canberra Outlet Centre.

Key responsibilities
* Strategic planning and campaign development
* Manage and implement campaigns as per the Marketing Calendar
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide constructive feedback
* Support retailer communication and engagement with marketing initiatives
* Manage digital marketing platforms including website content, social media, and EDMs
* Assist in budgeting, reporting, and cost-benefit analysis of marketing activities
* Drive community initiatives and retailer collaboration
We are looking for applicants with the following experience and attributes:
* Qualification is Marketing or similar
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience working as a Marketing professional
* Exposure to retail property highly regarded
* Exposure in supporting digital marketing and implement marketing campaigns
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Digital/web, social media platforms
