Training Instructional Designer
The role of a Training Instructional Designer is to analyze learning needs and develop effective instruction processes, products, and materials. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and skills in web and multimedia applications, as well as experience working in instructional design and digital design in a training organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing instruction processes, products, and materials that maximize the learner experience and support effective and efficient training delivery
* Consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and specialists to elicit effective strategies for shaping Learning Management System (LMS) materials
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge and skills in web and multimedia applications (Adobe Creative Cloud)
* Experience working in instructional design and/or digital design in a training organization (preferably in Defence or Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector)
* Working knowledge of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (ADDIE Model)
