Role Overview
We're looking for a Digital Creative Designer to join Kings Digital and help bring campaigns, content and digital experiences to life. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual instincts, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to create high quality work across social media, paid campaigns, landing pages, digital assets and short form video. You'll work across a range of client brands and industries, turning ideas into polished creative that not only looks good but supports real marketing outcomes. As a strategy led digital agency, we're looking for someone who can think creatively, adapt across different styles and audiences, and contribute strong design work as part of a collaborative team.
This role is full-time but part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
Main duties/Responsibilities
* Design creative assets for social media, paid advertising campaigns and broader digital marketing activity.
* Produce a range of digital content including static graphics, carousels, story assets, ad creative and other campaign materials.
* Edit and assemble short form video content for use across social media, digital campaigns and client marketing activity.
* Design landing pages and supporting visual assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand direction.
* Create website and digital platform assets including banners, graphics, icons, tiles and other visual elements as required.
* Support broader digital design requirements across client campaigns, websites and online marketing activity.
* Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for client campaigns and internal marketing initiatives.
* Adapt design output across a variety of client brands, audiences and industries while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
* Work collaboratively with digital marketers, strategists, developers and other team members to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and performance requirements.
* Prepare and export assets in the correct formats and specifications for different platforms and placements.
* Continuously refine and improve creative output based on feedback, performance insights and campaign learnings.
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in digital design, graphic design, content design or creative production.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high quality design execution across digital channels.
* Strong capability in designing for social media, digital marketing and paid advertising.
* Video editing skills and confidence producing short form digital content.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, branding and visual communication.
* Ability to interpret a brief and develop polished creative with a high level of autonomy.
* Experience using industry standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.
* Ability to work across multiple brands and visual styles without producing repetitive or generic work.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
* Understanding of digital platforms, asset formats and content requirements across different channels.
* Adaptable and confident working across a wide variety of clients, industries and creative styles.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing polished, professional work.
* Receptive to feedback and able to respond efficiently to revisions.
* Collaborative, reliable and able to work well within a team environment.
* Experience in an agency or fast paced client environment is desirable.
