IT Support Technician – Onsite | South Australia
A growing residential building group is expanding in SA and seeking an energetic IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on, onsite support to a team of 35+. If you love solving problems, working directly with people, and being the go‑to tech hero, this role is for you.
About the Role:
* Provide day‑to‑day onsite IT support
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking & M365 issues
* Manage setups for new starters, hardware upgrades & admin tasks
* Respond to service desk requests and minimise downtime
* Work closely with the WA IT team to maintain secure, consistent systems
* Assist with projects, rollouts, and process improvements
* Experience in residential building/construction is a big plus
About You:
* 2–3+ years' IT support or help desk experience
* Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
* Confident supporting staff face‑to‑face
* Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking basics
* Proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks
