The Role
Reporting to the
Chief Operating Officer
and
Managing Director
, the Brand & Marketing Manager will own the company's marketing strategy and execution — balancing strategic thinking with campaign management.
You'll be responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening brand identity, and driving lead generation across a variety of client segments and business streams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all business units
Tailor messaging for corporate, SME, aged care, aviation, and financial services audiences
Ensure internal brand consistency while adapting messaging for varied audiences
Manage CMS (Apache preferred) and oversee SEO strategy to grow digital reach
Coordinate external agencies and contractors (social, design, digital)
Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign ROI and performance
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to inform leadership decisions

Increased brand awareness and lead generation, particularly on the eastern seaboard
Clear and measurable return on marketing investments
A strong, consistent brand presence across all divisions and platforms
Increased lead conversion and qualified opportunities for business development
What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally in financial services or insurance
Marketing experience across any industry will be considered for this position
Experience managing multi-entity or parent-company marketing strategies
Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - able to make small changes if needed
Proven ability to manage third-party marketing and digital providers
Experience with CMS platforms (Apache ideal; WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal relevant)
Strong grasp of SEO and digital advertising strategies
Budget management and data-driven reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
