About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to represent our secondary support product range across Queensland. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the territory.
You will work closely with existing customers while proactively engaging new clients, providing product knowledge, technical support, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Regular travel throughout Queensland will be required, along with effective territory planning to maximise market coverage and performance.
This role suits a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously, is commercially astute, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the secondary support product range, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration.
· Provide high-level technical expertise and product knowledge, clearly articulating the value proposition to customers and internal stakeholders.
· Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue across the territory.
· Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to ensure all potential revenue streams are maximised.
· Achieve sales targets and performance metrics aligned with commission and incentive structures.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and strategic insights to senior management.
· Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Successful Candidates Will Have
· Sales experience or on-site experience with our secondary support products
· Qualification relevant to the role or similar
· Driver's license
