Migration Support Role
This role is integral to our Migration Support Program, providing administrative and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the program
* Collaborate with team members to ensure dignity and respect are at the forefront of our work
* Coordinate, supervise, train and support volunteers
* Assist with project management and contribute to projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in one of the following languages: Farsi, Pakistani, Punjabi, Nepalese, Chin, Karen, Oromo, Vietnamese
* Understanding of issues affecting people impacted by migration
* Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
* Excellent general office administration and records management skills
* Sound verbal and written communication skills
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
