Are you looking to join a small, friendly team where your contributions truly matter? Our client, a top manufacturer in hydraulic erosion control systems, is seeking a dedicated Administration and Accounts Officer to join their team
Position: Full-Time, Administration and Accounts Officer.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Bonuses (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
* Create work orders and purchase orders.
* Handle invoicing and accounts payable.
* Perform reconciliations and financial reporting.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* General administrative duties.
* Phone, email and customer enquires.
* Manage Inventory & Cash flow
* Create Financial budgets & forecasts inline with company's strategy
* Make Financial reports, analyse data and manage critical KPI'S
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
* Collaborate with management team on company strategy and budgets
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Fantastic communication and customer service skills.
* Team player with a professional demeanour.
* Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office (essential).
* Well-presented and organised.
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience).
