Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Lead and mentor site teams to foster a high-performance culture.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
Significant experience in a senior supervisory or general foreperson role on building projects with tier‑1 contractors.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on approach.
Sound knowledge of construction programming, contract administration, and risk management.
Relevant qualifications in building and construction.
