Job Opportunity: Workers Compensation Portfolio Manager
We are seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Portfolio Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME workers compensation policies, writing renewal reports, and providing policy and premium support in government-controlled jurisdictions.
* Manage a portfolio of SME workers compensation policies across various industries.
* Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for policy renewals.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
* Support colleagues as required and directed to ensure seamless delivery of services.
About the Role:
* 3+ years' experience in insurance broking and financial services industry
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate or Diploma of Financial Services Insurance Broking and/or progressing towards completion
* Understanding of invoicing procedures and file management
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel for reporting
