Responsibilities
* Achieve LP Gas sales budget being agreed sales volume, margin and product group objectives and facilitate appliance sales as appropriate.
* Maintain and develop existing customer base volumes and margins as per Branch budget requirements.
* Maintain customer relationships and schedule customer contact to ensure maximum call value.
* Complete a minimum of 95% of calls as per monthly call schedule.
* Complete and submit monthly planners and reports on due dates.
* Identify load build opportunities throughout the geographic area and pass leads onto relevant personnel for follow‐up.
* Report on all product categories in the relevant branch with regard to margin, volume and competitor activity.
* Re‐sign customer accounts as they fall due, prepare a Business Approval Model for all re‐signs and follow company Delegation of Authority (DOA) in all instances.
* Establish and maintain data on the customer information base via appropriate EWS screens.
* Develop trade allies and ensure they are serviced.
Qualifications
* Two to three (2–3) years field sales experience.
* Clean and valid driver's licence.
* Strong customer focus and results‐oriented mindset.
* Negotiation and conflict management skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills a plus.
