We are seeking an experienced leader to build and manage a Customer Success Function from the ground up. This is a foundational hire that will play a critical role in shaping the post-sales experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building successful customer success functions, with experience in onboarding and implementation, success and retention, and customer support. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive renewals and expansions, and for leading a small team of customer success professionals.
