**Human Resources Officer** at our
**Dandenong South **office.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assisting employees and managers with general HR enquiries, tasks and responsibilities.
- Looking after your internal clients and their HR needs (QLD, SA & NT)
- Liaising with WorkCover Insurers, injured workers and Managers to coordinate claim lodgement, Return to Work and meet all statutory obligations
- Entering and maintaining employee data in the payroll system (CHRIS)
- HR Administration; including maintaining personnel soft and hard copy files, documentation and induction preparations
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role for a multi site business environment.
- Experience managing WorkCover claims and the return to work process
- Intermediate computer skills & excellent administration skills.
- Well-developed communication skills, professional telephone manner and appreciation of sensitive information.
