To accelerate our impact, we're searching for a Business Development Manager (Growth Driver) — a strategic, values‐aligned new‐business creator who loves opening doors, shaping opportunity, and guiding leaders toward better, smarter and more connected solutions.

Why this role matters?
Education, Aged Care and NFP organisations are under immense pressure: compliance, staffing challenges, disconnected systems, rising expectations. They don't just need software — they need a partner who understands their world and can help them reimagine what's possible.
You'll introduce RTG's suite of services including time saving applications, automation tools, reporting and data management and Technology Reviews — to organisations ready for change but unsure where to begin.
This is a pure new‐client acquisition role with national reach and high strategic visibility.
What you'll do (as a Growth Driver)
You will:
* Create new opportunities across Education, Aged Care and NFP markets
* Lead human‐centred discovery conversations with senior decision‐makers
* Unpack operational and technology pain points, then articulate RTG's solutions clearly and compellingly
* Build prestige and visibility for RTG via events, networking and sector partnerships
* Collaborate closely with consulting, technical and product teams to design achievable solutions
* Bring insight, curiosity and thought leadership to every client interaction
This role is about creating demand, not managing accounts.
Your focus is new clients, new conversations, new markets.
