The role of a Registered Nurse is to provide safe and quality nursing care in line with legal requirements.
This involves applying nursing principles, procedures and practices in patient/client care, requiring sound interpersonal and communication skills.
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
* To be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside psychiatrists, medical officers, a social worker, a psychologist and other health professionals to strengthen health outcomes.
We focus on ongoing professional development and providing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Apply nursing principles, procedures and practices in patient/client care.
2. Develop effective relationships with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
3. Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
