About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist to join our dynamic team at Reneu Smiles Pty Ltd in Point Cook, Victoria. As a contract Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dental care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental professional to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This position is one day per week, with the choice of Monday, Thursday, or Saturday, and the option to add an additional day in the future as patient demand increases.
What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatments to patients.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
Perform endodontic treatments (root canals) with precision and care.
Regular practice experience in endodontic treatments is required to perform root canal procedures effectively.
Deliver clear aligner treatments to help patients achieve their ideal smiles.
Extensive experience in clear aligner treatments is required to deliver optimal results for patients.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Proactively engage with patients to promote good oral health and educate them on preventive care.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the practice by sharing ideas and best practices.
What we're looking for
Fully registered Dental practitioner with a valid AHPRA registration
Minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a private dental practice
Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centric approach to dental care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and the dental team
Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the practice's success
Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates who do not currently hold Australian work authorisation
