About The Position
We are seeking a high-caliber Production Manager to lead a manufacturing operation specializing in high-spec, made-to-measure products. This role isn't just about keeping the lines moving, it's about precision engineering, strategic cost-efficiency, and navigating the complex requirements of Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction partners.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end production of bespoke, made-to-order architectural solutions, ensuring 100% accuracy against engineering specifications.
Identify and execute lean initiatives to drive down waste and optimize manufacturing costs without compromising on the premium quality our brand represents.
Maintain rigorous Quality Control (QC) frameworks to ensure all products meet global standards and the specific demands of high-stakes building projects.
Manage, mentor, and upskill a diverse production team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Serve as the champion for OHS/WHS, ensuring a "Zero Harm" environment and total compliance with safety regulations.
Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet the delivery timelines and technical requirements of Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders.
Technical Essentials
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
Proven track record in a Made-to-Measure (MTM) or highly customized manufacturing environment.
Experience working directly with or supplying to Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction companies; you understand their site requirements, lead times, and documentation rigor.
