Heavy Diesel Lecturer
Central Regional TAFE is seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Lecturer to deliver customer-focused training and development programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching, facilitating learning, and conducting assessments in traditional, new, and innovative ways to a diverse range of clients.
The successful candidate will have a Heavy Automotive/Plant mechanic qualification (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of vocational or lecturing experience relevant to this position. You will also have the ability to facilitate and encourage learning, as well as provide consultancy, information, and promotional services to industry, prospective students, and community clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. You will also need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, as well as meet deadlines and performance targets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and training programs to students
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure student progress and achievement
* Provide consultancy, information, and promotional services to industry, prospective students, and community clients
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
* Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
* Heavy Automotive/Plant mechanic qualification (or equivalent)
