About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. Working on a variety of makes and models in a dynamic workshop, you will play a key role in diagnosing and repairing our valued customers' vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
* Write detailed reports on diagnostics and repairs.
* Communicate effectively with the Service Manager.
* Uphold the business's outstanding reputation through excellent workmanship and customer service.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
* Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
Skills & Experience
* Full Australian Trade Qualifications as a Motor Mechanic.
* Minimum 5 years work experience as a motor mechanic
* Proven experience working in the Australian motor industry.
* Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models.
* Experience with passenger cars is required.
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
* Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach.
* Current and valid Victorian manual driver's license.
* Previous experience in diagnostics and repairs is essential.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
