About the Role

To strategically manage the design/development and running of reports and business intelligence tools which are used to monitor the performance and operation of icare Claims Service Provider contracts, specifically remuneration.

The role will primarily lead the delivery of reports and tools using the SAS, Excel and Qlik environments in line with the contractual arrangements whilst also delivering additional reporting and analysis to identify underlying behaviours and performance of providers.

Duties

* Analyse data and identify trends of emerging issues and opportunities and where required liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain further information to support and enable the analysis and quantification of potential impacts on an on-going basis.
* Undertake ad-hoc reporting with meaningful commentary on trends, patterns and insights for senior executives and relevant committees.
* Design, Build, develop and enhance icare Claims Service Provider contract business intelligence dashboards, monitoring tools and regular reports.
* Conduct and lead requirements gathering workshops.
* Develop recommendations arising from the observations and insights and work with key stakeholders and shape these insights into projects and focus areas for claims and service provider contracts.
* Drive data governance by escalating data quality issues and inconsistencies to Digital & Transformation and relevant teams.
* Ensure consistent application of agreed system, structures, protocols and reporting guidelines when developing new reports, tools and dashboards.
* Meet strict timeframes and deadlines.
* Work in a highly sensitive environment, dealing with a range of complex, confidential and commercially sensitive data and information.
* Develop and implement the tools and methodology for monitoring and measuring contract performance against defined standards.
* Manage the ongoing delivery and maintenance of the remuneration monitoring tools.
* Coordinate the preparation of responses to Ministerial, General Manager’s correspondence and other inquiries/complaints.
* Provide expert advice to the Manager, Provider Performance & Commercial and other senior management in the development of and implementation of targeted performance evaluation projects.
* Leading the investigations and resolution of significant and complex enquiries and or disputes on Claims Service Provider remuneration.
* Provide support as required to other areas of the CSP Partnering and Remuneration team to ensure the overall business unit objectives are met.
* Assist in the implementation of the Risk Management Program and evaluating and treating identified risks
