An opportunity exists for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for visitors and staff in our Canberra office from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

About the role
As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of high quality, effective and efficient office services for the Canberra office.
In this role you will:
- be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office
- provide high-quality support to internal and external clients
- manage all incoming calls
- schedule meetings, coordinate meeting room bookings, manage calendars and order catering for events
- assist with records management support, including archiving
- receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- provide support to AGS client events and other functions
- receive on the ground training and support.

About you
This role will suit a candidate with:
- experience in a support or front-of-house role with a flexible and positive 'can do' attitude
- excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks
- good judgement and communication skills
- a proven ability to build relationships, be approachable and responsive.
