Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant customers across Perth/WA
* Build strong relationships with plumbing merchants and plumbers
* Drive sales and margin performance using customer insight and data
* Deliver product training to merchant staff and plumbers
* Maintain displays and ensure POS, pricing and technical materials are current
* Share local market and competitor insights
Qualifications
* Experience in field sales or account management (merchant, trade, retail or wholesale)
* Ability to build long‐standing trusted relationships with your customer base
* Confident communicator who can train, influence and follow through
* Commercially minded and data‐aware
* Organised, reliable and comfortable owning a territory
