The Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in managing CRM activity, marketing communications and day-to-day coordination across active development projects. This role focuses on executing marketing touchpoints including EDMs and templated communications, maintaining CRM systems, supporting lead and buyer engagement, and providing administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with coordination experience or a recent marketing graduate looking to build a strong foundation within a premium organisation.
The Opportunity
• Managing CRM systems (including and related tools) to track leads and buyers
• Executing EDMs and templated email campaigns through CRM platforms
• Coordinating ongoing buyer and lead communications across projects
• Monitoring project inboxes and triaging enquiries and responses
• Following up leads via email, SMS and scheduled touchpoints
• Using automation tools such as Twilio for key customer communications
• Assisting with appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Liaising with suppliers on buyer requests and updates
• Supporting marketing activity across active developments
• Providing general administrative and coordination support to the team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring a mix of marketing exposure and strong organisational skills.
• 1 to 2 years' experience in marketing, communications or coordination roles (or a relevant degree)
• Experience working with CRM systems or contact databases
• Exposure to EDM platforms and email campaigns
• Strong written communication and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and inboxes
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence working with internal teams and suppliers
• Willingness to support across both marketing and admin tasks
• A collaborative, reliable and positive working style
