As a Landscape Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality luxury resort communities. You'll manage estimating and tendering for landscaping, irrigation, and external works, working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on projects valued between $1M–$8M.
From early cost planning through to final delivery, you'll ensure every detail aligns with program, budget, and the quality GemLife is known for.
What You'll Do
* Prepare competitive estimates and tenders for landscaping, irrigation, and external works
* Review contract documentation and manage end-to-end tender processes
* Prepare clear, compelling tender submissions
* Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal development teams
* Support project teams with accurate documentation and work programs
* Monitor market pricing, trends, and compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
* Experience estimating landscaping and irrigation works (commercial, community, or large-scale projects ideal)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Clear communication skills and the ability to produce persuasive tender responses
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
