The Role As Duty Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations during your shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all front-of-house areas. From coordinating the team on the floor to overseeing bar service and gaming operations, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the venue. You will lead by example, supporting staff throughout service, managing guest interactions, and handling challenges with confidence and professionalism.
