Qualifications
5–10 years' relevant experience in product management, supplier/partner management or commercial management, with deep expertise in the airline industry.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
Proven product management capability, including strategic thinking, customer-centric design, insights and research, prioritisation, and problem-solving.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, driver model management, and supplier/partner negotiations.
Skilled in operational management with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver strategic outcomes within a complex airline environment.
Proficient in frameworks and methodologies including Agile, Human Centred Design, Jobs to be Done, and Business Model Canvas.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities effectively.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially focused, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
