About This Role
On behalf of our Client, a World Leader in the Energy sector, Brunel is presently sourcing a Technical Writer to develop and update Operations Procedure documentation. Located in Longford, near Sale Victoria, this is a contract ON-SITE role and is open to residential candidates only.
Develop and update Operations Procedure documentation in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, Oil & Gas industry requirements, and applicable international standardsProduce concise, accurate, complete, and easy-to-understand technical and safety-related documentationProduce, review, and maintain Operations documentation in support of Company Management SystemsDevelop procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and training manuals applicable to Operations activitiesPresent draft documentation for management review and approvalProvide work progress reports on a monthly basis or as requiredAssist, when required, with the development of future Operating Procedure templatesSupport team-based working practices and collaborate effectively with othersLiaise with and provide documentation support to Site Operations Teams
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsProficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applicationsGood knowledge and understanding of document management systems and document controlKnowledge of developing Operating and Maintenance procedures, Work Instructions and training materialsAbility to interpret engineering drawings and technical manualsStrong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to focus on detailed work for extended periodsGood interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environmentsExperience working in a multinational environment
