We are in the market for an experienced and qualified Financial Analyst.

As a Financial Analyst, you'll deliver expert financialadvice, develop and maintain financial models, and ensure theintegrity of the City's financial systems.
You'llcreate and deliver training guides and courses, supportingemployees in using financial and procurement systems, and play akey role in continuous improvement initiatives across theorganisation.
You'll consult with employees to identify business needs,lead business process reviews, and provide operational training andsupport for implemented systems.
This role also involves mentoringthe Finance team, driving a culture of excellence, and ensuringcompliance with City policies and safety requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Undergraduate qualification in Accounting or Commerce
Membership of CPA or CA ANZ or equivalent
3 years leadership and accounting experience in amedium/large organisation
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
Accounting standards interpretation &implementation
Report writing & presentation skills
Training & development skills
LG legislation & regulation knowledge
Financial modelling skills
Planning & organisation skills
Communication/interpersonal skills
Business acumen
Analytical & problem-solving skills
