As the right hand to a busy surgeon, you’ll be managing surgical bookings, coordinating patient journeys, and keeping the clinic running like clockwork. Key responsibilities include: Managing the surgeon’s clinical calendar and appointment schedules Coordinating hospital admissions and liaising with external providers Preparing accurate surgical fee estimates and processing accounts Handling invoicing, banking, and month-end reconciliations Providing professional, friendly service via phone and front desk Maintaining confidential patient records with precision and care About You We’re after someone who’s calm under pressure, quick on their feet, and genuinely cares about patient experience.
