We are seeking a full-time Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with an immediate start available.

What We're Looking For
 * A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one promptly)
 * A valid driver's licence
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong attention to detail and time management
 * A proactive, client-focused attitude
 * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
 * Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities
 * Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants & suppliers
 * Manage rent receipting, arrears, and bond finalisations
 * Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and work orders
 * Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
 * Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant
 * Prepare correspondence, file notes, and maintain accurate records
 * Schedule and coordinate appointments
 * Advertise and lease properties
 * Prospect for and secure new property managements
 * Support business development initiatives
Skills & Experience
 * Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software
 * High level of organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
 * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
 * Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
 * Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
