About the Role

Our National Contact Centre is looking for passionate Donor Service Consultants to join our team. In this role, you'll provide heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life‐saving blood and plasma donations, through a mix of outbound and inbound calls.

  • A donor‐centric approach with experience in fast‐paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Robust attention to detail and the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
  • A commitment to privacy, quality, and excellence in every interaction.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on understanding and meeting donor needs.
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and exceeding KPIs.
Training and Rostering
  • Training: 4‐week in‐office program (8:30am‐4:30pm), followed by 4‐5 weeks of in‐office consolidation.
  • Flexible Work: After training, hybrid work‐from‐home arrangements are available for added flexibility.
  • Rostering: The role involves a 12‐week rotating roster, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm, with one Saturday per rotation.
