An excellent opportunity currently exists with a Toowoomba-based Not-for-Profit organisation for a permanent, part-time Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provision of executive support to the CEO, as directed
- Contributing to and/or leading various projects and initiatives for the organization
- Report and document preparation
- Organise and coordinate corporate travel and accommodation
- Diary management
- General administration duties, as required
Applicants should possess the following Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a support role to a senior Manager
- Hold or be immediately eligible to obtain a Blue Card
- Proven research and analytical skills, including an ability to prepare reports/submissions
- High level organisational ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Permanent, Part-time hourly rate of $34.04.
