A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's Inner North-West requires a Level 3 Service Desk Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing level 3 support to a broad range of clients.
- Working alongside the projects team to assist with project delivery.
- Assisting with migrations between on-prem and cloud.
- Mentoring and training level 1 & 2 Service Desk Engineers.
- Assisting with escalated technical support requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in providing level 3 IT support.
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Hyper-V, Intune and Network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Cisco, DrayTek, Fortinet and Unifi network infrastructure is highly advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Microsoft, Azure, Cisco and Fortinet certifications are preferred.
- Previous experience working within an MSP.
