Job Overview
Our organization is seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist the Service Coordinator with the day-to-day running of the service and management of a team of Educators.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the development of quality programs that cater to the needs of children.
* Manage the day-to-day running of programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Support the Coordinator with staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
* Undertake administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* Collaborate with families and the school community to provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completed or actively studying relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum of Diploma in Children Services).
* Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
* Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
* NQF knowledge would be advantageous.
