Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Assess and develop microbiology methods using analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Collect and analyze microbiological samples, ensuring accurate data.
* Support continuous improvement for multiple projects.
* Lead small cross-functional teams for experimental formulations.
* Use statistical tools to evaluate processes and drive improvements.
* Participate in technology scouting and product optimization.
* Present findings and prepare scientific reports.
* Maintain awareness of industry and technology developments.
* Perform other duties as assigned.


Key Responsibilities

* Ensure product design meets customer requirements.
* Maintain design specifications records.
* Manage design change documentation.
* Design and analyze experiments to validate methods.
* Conduct lab and pilot scale experiments.
* Provide technical info for product standards.
* Support regulatory approval projects.
* Lead weekly team meetings to prioritize projects.
* Assist Quality and Manufacturing teams with product issues.
* Support regulatory submissions and continuous improvements.
* Maintain records and reports.
* Demonstrate proficiency in experimental design and statistics.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
* 2+ years' experience in microbiological sample collection and analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in experimental design and statistics.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
