Oversees a group of related projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and deliver desired outcomes. They manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures individual projects within the program contribute to the overall business strategy and objectives.
Manages interdependencies between projects, coordinating resources and activities to avoid redundancy and ensure smooth execution.
Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and manages issues that may impact program delivery.
Oversees the allocation and utilization of resources (budget, personnel, etc.) across the program.
Maintains communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
Tracks program progress, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies areas for improvement.
Facilitates organizational changes resulting from the program, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
Technical Proficiency:
Program Management experience in SAP S4 HANA projects.
Depending on the program, may require understanding of specific technologies or methodologies.
Responsibilities and Capability Summary

Guides and motivates project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Effectively communicates with diverse stakeholders, both written and verbal.
