You will be working alongside experienced, passionate leadership peers who are true to our values of Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Empathy About the Role The Primary and Preventative Health (PPH) division is seeking a suitably experienced individual for the role of Executive Assistant to the Director of Primary Preventative Health.
An exciting and rare opportunity is available for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to join our organisation.
Reporting directly to the Director of Primary and Preventive Health, this dedicated and driven individual will provide administrative support and secretarial functions.
Exercising your skill set and past experience, you will be required to provide executive support through a range of administrative tasks relating to the governance, risk management, policy development and review, business plans, submissions and special projects.
Other tasks will include management of the Director's calendar, agendas, minutes and meeting papers and correspondence will also be required.
Formal qualifications in business administration and/or extensive experience providing support at a senior administrative level including advanced computer skills are required.
