•Develop, establish and maintain processes and systems for staff rosters including roster planning, the coverage of shifts, leave and training to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the centre.
• Assist case workers to progress customers through the continuum of accommodation and program options available.
• Coordinate the financial, administrative and human resource functions of the centre to ensure compliance with the policies and standard.
• Ensure that all staff movements are captured and reflected correctly in the HR and financial systems.
• Assist in the provision of effective cost centre management.
• Develop effective relationships with the public, customers, staff, government agencies and relevant non-government service organisations.
• Lead and ensure you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
