Store Operations Supervisor Role

Lead and direct daily store activities. Foster a collaborative environment among team members to achieve exceptional service standards.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Store Managers to drive team performance and manage operations effectively.
* Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Embody genuine service values, creating memorable experiences for customers.
* Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel and customers.
* Set a positive example in all aspects of the role.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Be available to work a Sunday to Thursday roster.
* Have previous supervisory experience or be prepared for that next step.
* Demonstrate retail or trade background, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
* Ideal candidate has mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
* Hold a valid driver's licence and have flexible availability.
* Meet physical demands of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
* Prioritize safety at all times.

Important Note: This role involves lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving practices.
