Solution specialist (brisbane)

Our newly formed Energy & Utilities business is seeking an experienced Solution Specialist to join our Telecommunications Unify team. In this role you will ensure works are allocated to the appropriate internal and external workforce whilst providing technical support for all field teams. It will be your responsibility to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner whilst keeping the client informed of the progress.

This is a full-time permanent role that can be based in any location across Australia. We offer flexible working and the ability to split your working week between WFH and one of our office locations.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of the Telecommunications Technology and practices (Copper, Fibre, HFC & Equipment Installation). Above all you will be a motivated, collaborative and results oriented individual.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Telecommunications industry.
• Cert III in Telecommunications & Cert IV Train and Assess is preferred.
• NBN Enable Practical Assessor is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to liaise and build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Have a customer‐oriented focus with drive to achieve service-based outcomes.
