Our Digital Buildings Business creates integrated, multi-layered solutions that specialise in combining building services and intelligent automated systems. Our solutions enable owners, end users and custodians (such as commercial buildings, hospitals and data centres) to monitor, meter and control the attributes of their assets in real time, reducing consumption and improving reliability and quality.
The Opportunity
Based in Perth, you will join the Schneider team as Service Delivery Manager. Reporting to the Regional Services Manager, you will build upon the branch's reputation for excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will lead a team of service technicians, engineers and specialists with expertise in HVAC, Controls, Energy Monitoring, Management and Efficiency, Networking, Security, Cyber Security and Systems Integration, while identifying opportunities to build upon field quotes and small works. It will be a challenging but highly rewarding position.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Service & maintenance delivered by your team with a focus on client relationships and service delivery excellence.
Supporting the development and progression of all people within your team.
Maintaining strong relationships with key customers to drive recurring work – maintenance, callouts, field quotes & SMWX.
Maintaining a high level of communication with staff to foster loyalty and retention whilst ensuring safe work practice compliance and performance.
Ensuring maintenance schedules on contracted sites are completed and closed within the allotted month.
Running operational meetings with customers and technicians to review and follow up maintenance status, works in progress, outstanding quotes and invoices.
Managing and delivering on service operations' key metrics including utilisation, maintenance commitment and NPS.
Working closely with the team of service engineers to provide technical advice and support.

Tertiary/trade qualifications in an engineering related discipline or a tertiary qualification in business.
Exposure to contract and portfolio management, including financial responsibility and key deliverables.
Understanding of the technical operations of customer sites and the ability to offer value-added solutions/proposals for improvement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver value propositions.
Support for tender submissions, presentations and training to both external and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring key performance indicators are met across the team.
Excellent report writing and delivery skills.
Strong PC skills in Excel, Word and Office.
Sound organisational and time-management skills.
High-level knowledge of NABERS, Energy, Water & Indoor Environment Quality (preferred).
High-level knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) (preferred).
High-level understanding of Information Technology (IT) principles such as cybersecurity, networks and servers (preferred).
