Senior Clinical Manager

Berry Street is seeking a Senior Clinical Manager to lead its Therapeutic Specialists Program in Victoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering therapeutic services to Residential Care homes across the state and working closely with our young people and Residential Care team to facilitate reflective practice and build knowledge of therapeutic parenting strategies.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at any Berry Street office in Victoria. Regular travel to other service delivery sites is required.

* Strategic management: contract monitoring, performance management, clinical governance, monitoring and improvement of clinical services, evidence-based practice, stakeholder feedback, staff and student recruitment, management and development of clinical staff, client information management and risk and safety management.
* Expert secondary consultation and guidance on mental health and therapeutic needs.
* Delivery of high-quality clinical expertise in assessments and interventions for children, young people, and families, aligned with service outcomes.
* Leadership in coaching, mentoring, team building, and performance management, aligned with the organization's supervision model.
* Residential Care settings knowledge and relevant guidelines (e.g., DFFH).
* $15,900 pa salary packaging + additional salary packaging for meals/accommodation.

* Experience in managing program administration, including clinical measures, data collection, and quality assurance.
* Solid consultation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical expertise.

* In-depth understanding of Residential Care settings and relevant guidelines.
* Bachelor level qualification in Health or Welfare relevant fields.
* Post graduate qualification in Health or Welfare relevant fields.
