Are you a Senior HR Advisor with experience leading a team in a fast, dynamic environment? Happy to pitch in where needed to get things done?
An opportunity is now available for an experienced HR Advisor to provide day to day operational support to a fast moving, national company. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role where you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, employee relations, managing workplace grievances and investigations, facilitating the implementation of HR procedures and practices through line managers, recruitment, and providing assistance and advice when required.
**There may be some ad hoc travel to site. This is an initial 12 month contract.**
**The role includes but is not limited to;**
- Provide effective and timely HR advice to employees and management.
- Oversee a small team of coordinators
- Assist with recruitment and separation process
- Provide accurate information for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Review, develop and implement improvements to HR practices, policies, procedures
- Support various site wide training initiatives and career development programs
- Liaison with Site Managers and employees on ER/IR issues
